Who We Are

This site is sponsored by the Workplace Giving Alliance (WGA) – a consortium of federations that have come together to promote efficiency and transparency in public-sector workplace fundraising. Each partner federation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt corporation with its own independent board of directors.

We believe that workplace fund drives provide an important mechanism for people of ordinary means to support efforts to improve our world. We feel privileged to serve as part of that mechanism, and we wish to see it aligned as closely as possible with the generous intentions of payroll donors. We believe that efficiency and transparency are the keys to this alignment.
